The service was very slow. There were no straws available, my drink was warm, and the ice machine was out of order. I waited 15 minutes before an employee informed me that I needed to place my order using the touchscreen kiosk. After ordering, I waited another 15 minutes to receive my food. I came here for a quick bite before hitting the gym, and now it’s almost too late!
The food is what you expect from taco bell. It's the service at this location that actually prompted me to write a review. I have never been to any restaurant, much less a fast food one, that had such slow service consistently. I have been here half a dozen times in the past year and every single time it has been waits in excess of 30 minutes. If I try to order ahead, they don't seem to start making the food until I arrive, and don't remember the order by the time I get to the window.
The lady with the lip piercing and glasses was so disgustingly rude, messed up the order twice and then forgot a part of my order when I went back around. her attitude was insane…. they didn’t give me my card back and i had to go to another Taco Bell to get the rest of the missing food.
I went to this Taco bell restaurant hoping to get some tacos. but instead got poor service. first, I decided to try to go inside to the dining room to order my food, but all the doors were locked, and it seemed like they were having a party inside. Then I preceded to the drive thru to order and the person at the drive thru speaker could not understand what I was saying. after that when I drove to the second window the gentleman who was there did not seem to understand me and actually seemed rude. sense we did not get the correct order the gentleman told me to drive back around to the drive thru again to place another order. As I checked in the bag of food, I received it seemed like the Tacos were just thrown into the bag which broke them. Which I never ordered crunchy shell tacos and received them instead of getting soft shell tacos like I ordered. Overall, my experience at this Danvers location could have not been worse than it already was. I would not recommend the Danvers location to anyone and will not be returning to this location to eat ever again.
