The lady with the lip piercing and glasses was so disgustingly rude, messed up the order twice and then forgot a part of my order when I went back around. her attitude was insane…. they didn’t give me my card back and i had to go to another Taco Bell to get the rest of the missing food.
I went to this Taco bell restaurant hoping to get some tacos. but instead got poor service. first, I decided to try to go inside to the dining room to order my food, but all the doors were locked, and it seemed like they were having a party inside. Then I preceded to the drive thru to order and the person at the drive thru speaker could not understand what I was saying. after that when I drove to the second window the gentleman who was there did not seem to understand me and actually seemed rude. sense we did not get the correct order the gentleman told me to drive back around to the drive thru again to place another order. As I checked in the bag of food, I received it seemed like the Tacos were just thrown into the bag which broke them. Which I never ordered crunchy shell tacos and received them instead of getting soft shell tacos like I ordered. Overall, my experience at this Danvers location could have not been worse than it already was. I would not recommend the Danvers location to anyone and will not be returning to this location to eat ever again.
I pulled up at 11:30 to a long drive though line after calling my friend and making sure this Taco Bell was open past 12 because I was mad hungry and didn’t have food at home, they said on google it said it was open until 2am but when I got to the mic they said they were only taking mobile orders but because I have a flip phone I can’t make a mobile order so I was unable to get anything which was very disappointing especially because people were there and the location was open… just not for me, I just got home to my computer I’m also disappointed because if I knew I wouldn’t be able to order I would’ve gone to the Salem one but now it’s too late to get there before it closes and from what my friend said and what I saw looking it up on google just now there’s no indication that this location won’t allow you to order in the drive through before midnight. Idk what to do but I guess you can’t get food late a night without a working smart phone, which doesn’t feel fair
Please be so for real. I’d rather you not even give me the side of guacamole if you’re going to act like it comes out of your paycheck. This place messes up the orders 11/10 times but this is was annoying lol
This place absolutely sucks! I told the employee I wanted my meal regular NOT supreme and they still gave it to me with sour cream tomato’s!!!!! Worst service ever I will never return back to this location and I advise everyone reading this to go to Danvers instead of Salem if you want the correct food .
