McDonald's - Danvers
McDonald's
Description
At this restaurant, customer experiences vary widely. While some staff members are praised for their friendliness and hard work, others display unprofessional behavior, including poor hygiene and rude management. Food quality is inconsistent, with lukewarm coffee, less-than-fresh sandwiches, and frequently broken soft serve machines. Fries receive moderate praise, but the high prices leave customers feeling overcharged. Despite these challenges, the restaurant acknowledges its ongoing efforts to improve service and quality. Patrons hoping for positive change should appreciate the staff’s commitment to learning and enhancing the dining experience.

I visited this restaurant to get a Happy Meal for my niece, and I was appalled to see a staff member picking her nose and then touching my niece's food. As a general manager at a fast food restaurant, I find this behavior completely unacceptable and disgusting. She should certainly know better, and I believe she should be let go. It's concerning to think about how many people's food she may have touched after that—it's simply not acceptable.
Sara is rude and unprofessional. How she holds a “manager” title is absolutely pitiful. Take some classes on how to better interact with your customers little girl. Bruno on the other hand is always pleasant and a hard worker. Give that man a raise already!!!
The coffee is often served lukewarm, and the sandwiches don't seem very fresh. The fries are decent, but the soft serve machine is frequently out of order. On a positive note, the staff is friendly and accommodating.
Drive thru was completely blocked by a loading truck, so I placed an order on their stupid app to have my order brought up by curbside. 10-15 minutes later, I go inside and my order was just sitting on the counter. I'm never going to this mcdonald's ever again.
