Unique steam pot place originating out of Canton region of China. This is the perfect place if you enjoy fresh unseasoned foods (no sodium nor grease! You make your own sauces just like hot pot restaurants. You choose either a soup base or a congee base, the steam from the base is what cooks the meats and veggies you order!Food: 3/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Fresh Elements:
Everything except the fish is nice. The clams are my favorite. The prawns are good. The fish isn't; due to the fact that they don't season it the fillets of fish are just bland. Given that we paid $100+ just for the fish I'd say it's not worth it.Food: 3/5 View all feedback.
Food is really good. Service is excellent . Seafood really freshFood: 5/5
Unless you speak or read Chinese, don't eat here, warning.Zero Customer Service. For one person, I paid $80.00, because the girl doesn't understand English, and sold me food I didn't need.Food: 2/5

Helps a lot if you speak chinese. The seafood is fresh and full of flavor which then drips from the steamer into the soup or porridge below for a treat at the end of the meal. Definitely not cheap but worth it as a dinner option on a cold city night.
This place is a wild ride. they steam fish right at your table, whipping up a chinese paella that 's real tasty. In the corner, a blend your own sauce station that lets you be the Willy Wonka of dips delivering tasty concoctions for all.The wall are plastered with 'Finding Nemo ' scene, so probably not the romantic vibe you might expect of a place that asks for a Benjamin per head but hey, they 'll probably let you write your and your crush 's name on it if you ask nice. The menu? Full of depressed looking fish who looked way cheerier in the tanks guess they aren 't the photogenic type... Anyhow, each of these bad boys was fresh like a Guido in a jersey shore nightclub when brought to the table.Service? Top tier, friendly as can be.It 's a bit of a rollercoaster, but it lands a solid five stars. Fish out!
