Outback Steakhouse - Dalton

My wife and I had been out and about and wound up at Outback. So glad we did. Our waiter was Matthew and he provided the best service I have had in a long time at any restaurant. The food was out of this world. They had a $14.99 4-course meal deal, so we both had that, I chose chicken tortilla soup, house salad, parmesan crusted chicken with baked potato and cheesecake comes with it. My wife had the frech onion soup, house salad, parm crusted chicken with mixed vegetables and cheesecake. Outstanding please and would recommend them highly to anyone.

Our server, Tiffany, was fantastic! I requested a substitution of vegetables for a baked potato with my chicken, and there was no issue at all. She came by several times to ensure we were satisfied and didn't have any problems with our meal. We had a wonderful experience with both the food and the service we received.

I absolutely loved my experience! They really know how to treat their customers. As soon as you walk in, they offer you refreshing cold lemon water to help you cool down. The servers are always attentive and well-trained. I cleared my plate completely – there wasn't a single bite left to take home! The steak was cooked to perfection and tasted fantastic. It’s obvious that I didn’t enjoy my visit at all, right? I can't wait to go back!

I would like to state what a wonderful wait staff you must have. Last evening, our family of 20 people were dining in your establishment to celebrate my broth-in-law's 80th birthday. Garrett Teems had asked that we have a reservation for 6:15 pm. We were privileged to have Marteen sp? As our waiter. To say that he was absolutely efficient, kind, and personable would be an under statement. He is definitely on top of his game. Lunch with one of my sister's at a place she had never been and I told her she had to have OUTBACK's Cheesecake, she had never been to Outback either. Service was fantastic as if we had a full meal instead of dessert and coffee. Love this place.
