Customers report long wait times, frequent order inaccuracies, and a surprising lack of organization from staff. While many praise the quality of food and excellent customer service from individual employees, inconsistencies remain. Some feel disheartened by the overall experience, given the high prices and occasional cold meals. Nevertheless, there are positive encounters that highlight the potential of this location, showcasing its ability to deliver delicious meals despite the hurdles it faces.
This particular Chick-fil-A restaurant appears to be quite disorganized, which is not a common sight for me. Although not every visit is negative and they do a great job with their chicken, the overall experience can be frustrating due to long wait times for food, especially for curbside and takeout orders. During my most recent visit, it took 30 minutes to receive just 3 strips, 8 nuggets, and 2 fries ordered through the app. Despite having plenty of staff, their efforts seemed misguided and disorganized, leading to numerous mistakes. This lack of efficiency ultimately creates a disappointing dining experience for myself and other customers.
I ordered from the curb and had to wait quite a while for my food to be brought out. When the order finally arrived, I realized that not all of my food was included. I called the restaurant to let them know about the missing items. Initially, the person I spoke to was polite, but when I mentioned that I was missing four fries, she became defensive. She said she would check my receipt but never did. Instead, a different person came out and gave me the missing fries, but I was still given the wrong sandwich.
I never would have expected such poor service from a Chick-fil-A. I have worked at a different location for 4.5 years during high school and college, so I know the standards well enough to know that corporate would not be happy with this experience. Waiting 21 minutes for 2 sandwiches, a medium fry, a forgotten fruit cup, and two drinks is simply unacceptable. Despite ordering curbside and confirming our order at 3:00 pm, we didn't receive our food until 3:21 pm - just as we were about to leave and request a refund. This delay made us late for picking up a family member from work. This kind of service is not acceptable. Please do better.
This Chick-fil-A is a great place to have lunch. I have Always gotten great service from the employees. They go out of their way to make sure you have whatever you might need. The food is always fresh and delicious.
Not entirely sure what is going on with this location but it seems to be going down hill. Ordered 5 chicken biscuits and a 4ct chicken mini and took over 30 minutes to receive my mobile order. At the 30 minute mark I went inside to check on my order theywere just now working on my order got my order went back to my car only to discover they forgot 2 of the biscuits. Went backinside and told an employee and it was going to be another 3 minutes on the biscuits. I was offered 2 chicken sandwiches intheir place. Total time to receive my food 40 minutes. Please do better Chick-fil-a
