When I went through the drive-thru, the staff greeted me warmly. I ordered the number 1 combo with a large Coke. The person who took my order and payment was very courteous, and as I drove off, they wished me an enjoyable meal. The food was fantastic, with crispy, well-seasoned fries and tasty Krystals. I want to extend my gratitude to the staff working on April 9th, 2022, around 2 PM for their excellent service. I will definitely be coming back because of them.

I've generally had great experiences here, but the host, who wouldn't share her name, rushed my order even after I apologized for the complexity of it. She seemed more focused on getting the order done than providing good service. On a positive note, April is always kind and helpful. However, the white woman with brown hair needs to improve her customer service skills, and if she's not willing to do so, she might want to think about a different line of work.
