I've generally had great experiences here, but the host, who wouldn't share her name, rushed my order even after I apologized for the complexity of it. She seemed more focused on getting the order done than providing good service. On a positive note, April is always kind and helpful. However, the white woman with brown hair needs to improve her customer service skills, and if she's not willing to do so, she might want to think about a different line of work.

The car that w... read more There was only one person inside and another outside smoking and on the phone—maybe on a break. It took a long time for someone to take my order. The car that was at the food window when we arrived stayed there for another 30 minutes. Because of this, we never reached the food window. After waiting 30 minutes from the time we ordered, we decided to leave, still stuck behind the same car that was supposed to be picking up food.
