What User doesn't like about Jack's:
I wanted to order a 3-piece chicken dinner, but it was almost 5:30 on a Saturday afternoon and they hadn't cooked the chicken yet. The cashier made me wait for 5 minutes to check if they had any chicken left. She informed me they only had 2 chicken breasts and 1 wing, and would have to charge me an extra 75 cents for the meal. Today I was at the Dalton location and was trying to order my family a meal through the app. Well the app would not allow me to place my order so I walked inside to speak with someone and was met by an assistant manager named Eric. He was so kind to help and even tried calling tech support to solve the issue. To no resolve they couldn't help fix the issue so a call was placed to the general manager and they fixed my...
