We ordered the chicken tender dinners and were... read more After having a disappointing experience at Jack's a few months ago, we decided to give them another chance today. We ordered the chicken tender dinners and were pleasantly surprised. The service was exceptional, with friendly and personable staff. The food was also fantastic, with more flavor than we remembered. The tenders, slaw, mashed potatoes, gravy, and biscuit were all fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back. Thank you to the amazing crew we encountered today!

The cashier made me wait for... read more I wanted to order a 3-piece chicken dinner, but it was almost 5:30 on a Saturday afternoon and they hadn't cooked the chicken yet. The cashier made me wait for 5 minutes to check if they had any chicken left. She informed me they only had 2 chicken breasts and 1 wing, and would have to charge me an extra 75 cents for the meal. I questioned why I had to pay extra for something I didn't ask for or want. The cashier insisted it was their policy and the manager said I would have to wait 20 minutes for them to cook more chicken. I decided to leave because I didn't think it was right to pay extra for their lack of preparation. I won't be coming back to this restaurant.

You don't even seem bus... read more They took my orders on the ride and told me to go up to the door. Wait for over 20 minutes and they served 2 different people behind me. You don't even seem busy. Update: After 25 minutes I decided to see what the stop was. It turned out that they sent me and deleted my order. If I hadn't turned around, I would have been there much longer than the 25 minutes. Luckily I went back and got my food. They even offered a free refill on my drink and left me a cool hair in my burger. Very nice. I wish I could give negative stars.

The girl running the window was incr... read more My family recently moved to the area and decided to try Jacks for the first time tonight! We visited on 1/21 around 8:45pm. The girl running the window was incredibly sweet and made sure we had the best first experience possible. She was patient with us as we took our time deciding what to order. When we reached the window, we thanked her for her patience and mentioned it was our first visit. Both she and her manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a great first visit. The customer service was fantastic and the food was even better!

I was at the drive through the lady was mumbling so low I could not hear I asked her what she said still mumbles so I pull up to the window and another lady com... read more I was at the drive through the lady was mumbling so low I could not hear I asked her what she said still mumbles so I pull up to the window and another lady comes up gets an attitude and says oh I'm only gonna do this once for you you have to order back there I tried to explain that I couldn't hear got blatantly ignored asked for ranch got only one cup of ranch when I ordered two chicken baskets and it was barely filled with ranch. Just how rude the second person at the window was acting was off putting the person that originally took my order was sweet she apologized for me not being able to hear her it seems like the other lady just pushed her out of the way to cook an attitude. Usually this location is great but not this experience hope they step their game back up and don't disrespect customers !!! This was the Dalton Georgia location
