After having a disappointing experience at Jack's a few months ago, we decided to give them another chance today. We ordered the chicken tender dinners and were pleasantly surprised. The service was exceptional, with friendly and personable staff. The food was also fantastic, with more flavor than we remembered. The tenders, slaw, mashed potatoes, gravy, and biscuit were all fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back. Thank you to the amazing crew we encountered today!
My family recently moved to the area and decided to try Jacks for the first time tonight! We visited on 1/21 around 8:45pm. The girl running the window was incredibly sweet and made sure we had the best first experience possible. She was patient with us as we took our time deciding what to order. When we reached the window, we thanked her for her patience and mentioned it was our first visit. Both she and her manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a great first visit. The customer service was fantastic and the food was even better!
I wanted to order a 3-piece chicken dinner, but it was almost 5:30 on a Saturday afternoon and they hadn't cooked the chicken yet. The cashier made me wait for 5 minutes to check if they had any chicken left. She informed me they only had 2 chicken breasts and 1 wing, and would have to charge me an extra 75 cents for the meal. I questioned why I had to pay extra for something I didn't ask for or want. The cashier insisted it was their policy and the manager said I would have to wait 20 minutes for them to cook more chicken. I decided to leave because I didn't think it was right to pay extra for their lack of preparation. I won't be coming back to this restaurant.
They took my orders on the ride and told me to go up to the door. Wait for over 20 minutes and they served 2 different people behind me. You don't even seem busy. Update: After 25 minutes I decided to see what the stop was. It turned out that they sent me and deleted my order. If I hadn't turned around, I would have been there much longer than the 25 minutes. Luckily I went back and got my food. They even offered a free refill on my drink and left me a cool hair in my burger. Very nice. I wish I could give negative stars.
Today I was at the Dalton location and was trying to order my family a meal through the app. Well the app would not allow me to place my order so I walked inside to speak with someone and was met by an assistant manager named Eric. He was so kind to help and even tried calling tech support to solve the issue. To no resolve they couldn't help fix the issue so a call was placed to the general manager and they fixed my meal problem in store. I would like to thank Eric and Maddie for there diligence in getting the problem solved and even personally handling things. This was only my second time here and will definitely be returning in the future. Not only is the service excellent but the food is delicious. Thank you again for all the help.
