Fresh Market Pob Ii

Crab and shrimp salad are delicious as is the spaghetti, pizza, and shrimp nachos. There are salad fixings for you to make your own salad, also. There are beef tip stews and other entrees, but I always go for the crab or shrimp salad first, because it is gone quickly. Desserts are few but good: fresh fruit, cake, small cupcakes. Unsweet tea tastes great. There are very large and beautiful works of art on the walls. Patients, doctors, nurses, and students all eat here in Professional Office Bldg. 2 (POB2).

The food smelled great. Lots of tempting choices to choose from. The chicken enchiladas were stuffed full. Thankful I only got one. The strawberries with cream was also very tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful and allowed us to sneak in a top off on our tea that needed some unsweetened to because it was just too sweet even tho it said no refills. For a hospital cafe I was very pleased with what I got.

I was really disappointed to find that their food selection has significantly decreased. I decided to give the limited options a try, but it turned out to be a big letdown. The chicken was very dry, and the toast was not good at all. I ended up having to throw away my meal. Unfortunately, I won't be returning as a customer.

Let's begin with the positives: the staff here are fantastic and incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, this location has some areas that need improvement. The food largely misses the mark and is quite disappointing compared to the Chase building location just down the street. The meals here simply aren’t as fresh or flavorful as what you can find at the other spot, which is less than a five-minute drive away. It’s baffling to me that the food quality can be so much better at the main location and so lacking here, especially since I've seen the same owner at this location personally delivering food. It leaves me puzzled! I apologize for not sharing any pictures of the food I ordered, but honestly, it just didn’t seem worth the effort.

I'd like to start by giving a shout-out to the staff, who are absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly. However, this location needs improvement. It's just a short drive away—less than five minutes! I really don't understand why the food is so much better at the main location while this one falls short. I even saw the same owner delivering food here, which adds to my confusion. I'm sorry I don't have any pictures of my meal, but it simply wasn't worth the effort. Let’s aim to improve at all locations, not just the main one! And please, bring back the 10% coupon!
