Waffle House - Dallas

The waiter was always on the phone and not just that, but the face timing while we get our order and serve our food. The table was dirty, I cleaned it myself and only because my grandbabies were hungry and that was, they wanted to go. Never back. Food: 3/5

Terrible. We wanted to eat there about a month ago and sit down and get up and go. Too much drama with the waiting staff. We tried it again today. Had to wait for the table. Sa and saw them take forever to clean one. Waitress took our job and brought coffee and waffles, then we were forgotten. 4 families who came after us and sat after us got their food and we had nothing yet. Husband went to ask about it, and a girl behind the counter jumped over the whole call in orders, etc., but that had nothing to do with the people who came after us to get their food. So we waited and they still give all the food except us. Then there was a couple who came after us and waited on a table, served and finished eating and standing to pay, and we had no food. So we told them to pay us out so we can go. And they still wanted to be argumentative. Not apologetic. Answer was, I can't control what they're doing. And the cook still worked at our food. Bacon and eggs. How difficult? We're not going back.

Weapons house called me early in the morning, I'm sure you can relate. The music was gentle and groovy while the food was cooked to perfection. Great team service and management tipped it off to make sure everything was unscrupulous. "Don't you dare go! Food: 5/5

Food was great, but the place needed much more cleaning. Service was also very good. Food: 5/5

I love WH...until last night, the way patrons were lined up and sprawled outside because WH staff decided not to let people in to eat but take orders...it was absolutely crazy!
