My fiancée and I took a cocktail class here, and it was so much fun! The instructor was fantastic, and our drinks turned out really sweet. We will definitely do this again! View all feedback.

I went for class. It was a pretty cool experience. The instructors were nice and informative. The atmosphere is beautiful and the music is OK. I gave three stars for drinks. It's not a cheap experience, but I went with headaches. The drinks we made were with spirits that really did not match my body. I visited this bar last night and the drinks did not disappoint. I had 3 Evil Queens and they were refreshing, delicious and easy to drink. I sat at the bar and the service was quick, kept the water filled. My only complaint is they were hosting a cocktail class, which was really cool, but the music was really loud so I felt like I was yelling to talk to the person next to me. On the other hand, they had really good music playing, it was just a little loud for me. I'll keep this place in mind when looking for a chill evening with good drinks.
We were there for a networking event with work, they had a cocktail Mixology class for us and it was amazing high energy, delicious appetizers, and tasty drinks!

It's not a cheap experience, but I went with headaches. The drinks we made were with spirits that really did not match my body. I think maybe the students should drink where you can have options on the mind. Tequila ALWAYS gives me headaches when I usually don't drink it, but that was the first drink. I did it and drank because I paid for it. Overall, it was a dope experience, but I would probably not do it again or recommend it to anyone who does not drink and everything.
My experience at The People's Last Stand (Dallas, TX) was not a pleasant experience. The manager showed inability and the owner was unprofessional. I was at a party of 5, who were there to celebrate a Bachelorette. When it was time for our party to sit, there were no seats for us. When that happened, the manager asked us to sit on the couches to find out something (which was humiliating btw). After a few minutes had passed, she came back and said I'm sorry, this has never happened, but we'll have to sit at the bar. Frustrated by this, I asked them if there were any kind of accommodation, or support that would give us that we paid the full price like all the others in the room. She said she would call the owner of the facility. When she left, I noticed that she went and said something to one of the staff and it seemed that she was talking about us. I didn't appreciate it and it just upset me. While we waited for an answer, we sat at the bar and the class started. The bar was looked away from the trainer and we had to turn our back to even understand what was going on. While we were sitting at the bar, we had no materials. It was so bad that one of the staff behind the bar said he would help us. he was gracious enough to get materials for us. Then the manager came back and said that the owner said either we rebook or cancel the class. Since the majority of our party does not live in TX, there was no possibility that we could simply book again. I was extremely frustrated to be that we paid FULL PREIS to sit at the bar, with our backs away from the teacher. We were so behind what was to be done that the mangers basically had to tell us what to do. We were offered free recordings for the experience and to be honest that I was not impressed. I get free shots. I personally wouldn't recommend it. They were very unprofessional and poorly equipped for overbooking. It seemed that they just wanted our money and didn't care about our customer experience. And just make two drinks? Never again.
S U M M A R Y A great bar in Dallas. Such a chill vibe. I love it here and a lot of people do too. T A S T E For my birthday, I did a private cocktail making class with my closest friends. It was really fun and we all enjoyed it. Prior to the class, you fill out a brief survey and mention what kind of flavors and alcohol you want. So when you come to the class they have that particular combination for you. We started out the class with a champagne drink. And then we proceeded to make our cocktails. The bartender really taught us a lot about how to make drinks and how to measure, shake, add garnishments etc.We were able to play whatever kind of music we wanted and the bartender was super cool. We laughed a lot and danced and just had a really good time. I'm pretty sure we had more than those three drinks because we were all tipsy by the end of it.I mentioned that I liked tequila and citrusy drinks. But I wish they would've asked more questions. Because both of the drinks that were to be made were sweet and I hate sweet drinks. Also, the main mixer was watermelon juice and I abhor watermelon. So that kind of sucked. For reference, my favorite drink is a Mojito. I like Paloma's too. Citrusy and bright but not too sweet. S E R V I C E Service was great! Super nice and accommodating. A M B I E N C E Super cool vibes. You walk in here and you don't even remember that you're in Mockingbird Station. It's dim, quiet, relaxing. There's couches, a bar, games and books. It is just a VIBE. P R I C E 50$/pp for cocktail class R A T I N G 1 star off because they didn't ask what kind of fruits I liked. And that really ruin the drinks that I made for me.
