What User doesn't like about The Kitchen Table-sheraton Dallas:
The individual staff members at this hotel restaurant were quite pleasant, and the food was passable, but the overall organization left much to be desired. I had to ask a wandering server to retrieve my card for me because it had gone missing—this took about 10 minutes from when I finished my meal until someone finally came to assist. Throughout the entire meal, I received no refills on coffee, water, or juice. A fri... View all feedback.
This meal was with an important business vendor. The food was very overpriced was just okay. Appetizer was fried tomatoes, the batter on the outside was too think to enjoy the tomato on the inside. My coworker ordered the tortellini for $18 he only got 3! On top of that the taste was very bland. I ordered the crab cake sandwich it was probably the best meal at our table. It was very delicious. Overall my experience with The Kitchen Table was sub-par. I would not bring another vendor to this location.
The location, room maintenance were good but the check-in staff is not a friendly and most importantly, the WIFI in the room was terrible. this issue persisted throughout my 5 day stay and it seems like there's no improvement insight from the
I guess it's nice... All amenities are very expensive, no free water, coffee or breakfast. My mini fridge doesn't really work. I wouldn't pay this room rate to stay here, but I understand why other people would. Only here because of a paid work trip. Good things include: Centrally located, Good for conventions, Local transit nearby the staff has been helpful for the most part. Check-in staff was excellent. Also, the breakfast line at the Open Market area was very well managed. Think Chick-fil-A. Bruce at the Draft Sport Bar restaurant was really great. That guy can do a million things at once. I enjoyed my meal at Open Pallette. It was very good. Weirdly though, the host staff tried to dissuade me from waiting for a table. No one else was on the wait list. I waited 10 mins and was seated. It was strange.
Great location, huge, seems to host a lot of conventions. Our room was huge with a living room area but the bathroom seemed a little small for how big the room was. The club lounge was fantastic. Everyone working the lounge was great and gave great suggestions on things around the city.
Went there for a conference. Good food. Nice conference center across the street, but accessible through interior walkway.I was up about 14 floors, and from my room the streetcars were still loud. Was advised to be careful of people asking for money around hotel property, who are a little aggressive, and don't give up very easily.
