Life is Sweet, with this quaint gem in the heart of downtown Dallas, Texas, so please try it’s unique menu and if possible order a something custom dish, just try you’ll love it!Food: 5/5
It seems the portions are much smaller now that the new owners reopened the Sweet , for example when I ordered a Avocado Club there was a small piece of turkey and ham it looked like they took a thin slice of avocado and smeared it on both sides of the bread , I would like to have actual slices of avocado please , love the staff as always. Oh and no pickled purple onions on the avocado toast ? A big fav of mine.

Interestingly, I didn't learn of the former, until I went to review the latter. Even though many of the line cooks are the same, I noticed a significant drop in quality now that they have re-opened, which is a shame, since this was once such a great place to get lunch in the area.
Great lunch spot! It gets busy though so plan ahead.Food: 5/5
Such a cute spot. Loved that is located inside a historic post office! The food is so yummy but the Texas Scone is a must try!!
