What Ettie Kub likes about Sprezza:
The food and drinks were fantastic, and the service was excellent. I apologize for not taking pictures, but the food disappeared quickly and my camera was too slow. View all feedback. What DallasDiner doesn't like about Sprezza:
This was a very underwhelming experience. Pre-pandemic, Sprezza had an extensive menu, a wide variety of flavors, an amazing wine selection, and a very hospitable staff. This food selection is very limited, way overpriced for both quality and portion size, and the overall experience just wasn't what it was in 2019. View all feedback.

The atmosphere inside the restaurant was fantastic, the servers were prompt and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious!
Good place. Service was a little slow, but everywhere is now. Nothing stopping us from going back. The fried olives were amazingly good.

read moreSprezza, a restaurant that once stood out pre-pandemic, now seems to have lost its charm. Despite a welcoming staff and an extensive wine list, recent reviews have highlighted a decline in the menu selection, quality of ingredients, and overall dining experience. Some diners even reported instances of food poisoning, outdated ingredients, and limited availability of dishes. While the ambiance on the patio is lovely, it can be loud. On the positive side, there were mentions of great service, accommodating staff, and delicious food. However, the consensus seems to be that Sprezza is a shadow of its former self, with uncertainty about its future. Despite some positive experiences, such as memorable meals and exceptional service, the general sentiment is mixed, with concerns about the restaurant's long-term viability. If you manage to secure a reservation, consider trying the seasonal menu and unique cocktails for a potentially enjoyable dining experience.
The interior has the most wonderful vibe, the servers were quick and nice to talk to, and the FOOD-so good!
