For the most part, the service is pretty good. So I give them 4 stars. I'm just problem is sometimes they don't get the little details right. As if you ask for spices and get nothing or if you ask them to go easily or simply on the ice and still with your 30oz cup almost 3/4 or a little more full of ice on. So I pay $3 for ice cream?? Only rating a 1 star to leave a rating, but this is the most beautiful Sonic I've ever had. I ordered Bbq Popcorn shrimps and chicken ornaments for my toddlers. The food tasted old, as it just looked and the only thing that tasted fresh was the French fries. You should be ashamed to give me such food, especially knowing that it was for my children. I will never go to this place again!!! View all feedback.
We ordered ahead and when we got there the place was packed, only one booth was empty for parking. But we got our order very quickly, which was impressive!
Gerry was the only one working as a carhop tonight. he was very efficient we received our food very quickly despite the fact that he was on his own. he was kind, apologetic for any delay very clearly working hard to make the customers happy. we were very impressed with him hope that his efforts are seen rewarded!
My girlfriend ordered on the app and went to pick up our food. How on earth does a company that advertises their drinks as heavily as Sonic not keep drink carriers around? Why when she picks up food for us do I need to get a call that I need to come help the drive home because she doesn't have places for the cups? Picking up dinner is not a two car job, absolutely pathetic.
Tried the exclusive new mini churros that you can only order from the mobile app! I was excited for this because I love churros, but it was disappointing. It wasn’t dusted with cinnamon sugar nor is it filled with cream or dulce de leche. Basically just fried dough…
