Ruby Tuesday - Dallas
Ruby Tuesday
Description
Despite some loyal patrons praising the friendly staff and standout items like the salad bar and dessert specials, this restaurant struggles with inconsistent food quality and questionable management. Many guests report long waits, missing menu items, and cold or bland dishes. Customer service issues, including mishandling of complaints and refusal to address concerns adequately, have marred several visits. Changes such as removing complimentary biscuits and charging extra for the salad bar disappointed regulars. Overall, while some enjoy the atmosphere and certain staff members, frequent service lapses and management problems suggest the restaurant needs significant improvement to meet expectations.

The food is consistently good. However, it seems they are short-staffed, as many tables were available but we still had to wait for some time. The salad bar is no longer included with your meal; you'll need to pay extra for it now. Additionally, they no longer provide the delicious biscuits that used to be complimentary. It's disappointing when they remove the enjoyable items from the experience.
I didn't find the dish I originally wanted, which was the main reason for my visit. Instead, I ordered shrimp, but it wasn't very impressive. I finished my meal, paid, and left. The general manager did come over to apologize, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars.
This is a lovely restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere and exceptionally friendly customer service.
