Inever got the ice! I inquired about my total which on the menu board read $7.99 I asked why is my total nine dollars, he turnsaway and asked his co worker for more ice in the drive through and,? hurry up with her food cause she got to get outta my drivethrough ? I asked for my receipt he charged me for a chocolate chip cookie, which I am allergic to chocolate and I didn?t askfor it!!! He never came back to the window! I got my food and it was not a cookie in the bag which I didn?t ask for in the firstplace! I am all about great customer service!! For Marques to say what he said get her ?out my drive through ? I?m highly tickedoff about that comment and service! I gave your store a one star for the restaurant score!!! I will never come back to thislocation in Dallas Ga!! The manager or GM is more than welcome to contact me! He?s pocketing customers money and cheatingthem!!! And giving horrible customer service ????????????????

I had been told t... read more Taking my order at the drive thru seemed fine except I had to wait over 15 minutes and when I got home instead of a breast we had a drumstick. I had been told they didnt have any thighs but we got those. The window order taker was kind. I just hate notgetting a major component of what was told I was getting. Plus I ordered fries but got mashed potatoes. That might not havebeen a big deal but the last 3 times we have gotten mashed they werent great. Love their original recipe, they people have abetter attitude than popeyes, but there is a decline in quality here that is noticeable. It will make me make a differentdecision next time.

And every time I order they overcharge me and then tell me they can't give refunds!! Order is constantlywrong or old food is served. Hopefully they will get someone in there that can run this place. Until then, Popeyes here I come.

Our casher Marquess was very friendly and took our order and got us taken care of. Our order came out in just a few minutes, our food was hot and good. We are in theDining room which was very clean. We enjoyed our lunch very much.
