We enjoyed the drinks and the vibe of the place but I was pretty pissed to see that they charged us a hefty “service charge” for just two people who ordered two drinks. So our bill ended up being way more than expected. I’ve never experienced this before, so I was appalled. Needless to say, we won’t be back. View all feedback.

Last night we went to the parlament for the first time and will make it a regular place. we had skylar as our waitress and she was incredibly friendly and helpful to get us a table. I am so impressed by them and their crazy happy hour. I don't think there is another bar in dallas with a better happy hour menu. in any case here!
Great place to relax after work. excellent daily happy hours. bartenders are great, especially ana, andrew and freddie. they take the experience to the next level. overall it is a great place. property and management know what they do. keep it great!
The irresistible charm and the artistry of mixology dwells here. The rumors are true, this is it, one of the most beloved and renowned bars in Dallas. If there were sofas we would never leave. All because of the polite and pleasant service and exceptional quality of libations.
Amazing Drinks!! Real mixology at its best...must try
