One of my favorite places to eat in University Park! The staff are always nice, the food comes out fast, and most importantly, it’s healthy, tastes great, and makes you feel good! I recommend it! -Matthew, college guy who enjoys food!

This was my first time at the original chop shop. I was very pleased with the food and service. Everything was flavorful and fresh. The atmosphere was also very calming and relaxed.My only wish was that there was a closer location to where I live in SW Fort Worth because it’s about an hour away. I will definitely return again.

I’ve eaten here about a dozen times and the food is always fresh delicious! Location: This is perfect because I can walk here from my home. If your driving, don’t come at peak times, parking is impossible—always full. The restaurant is a good size for the area, not too big or too small. It’s always clean inside the bathrooms are fully stocked. Staff: I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve ordered in to go. Both processes are quick, helpful friendly. Menu: They have a good variety of salads, sandwiches, smoothies. They are a little in the pricey side but everything is always flavorful fresh. I definitely recommend this to any health nut or seasonal dieter. Then you can go next door to Baldo’s indulge in delicious ice cream!
