Honestly, I was disappointed. I have a garlic allergy and I understand that the seafood dishes might all have garlic in them, but I can't believe that the chefs couldn't prepare something other than salmon with salt and pepper on it for me. Really! I can do better than that at home and I'm not even close to being called a chef! I ended up getting a steak, which was good, but I really wanted seafood. I'll be honest, w... Let me start off by saying - WOW, just WOW! My fiancé and I hosted our engagement party this past Saturday at Ocean Prime and I am left speechless.
This is a well known 5 star restaurant so before I get into the food the service was excellent The staff was really nice.
We decided to hit up ocean prime when we were in town for a convention.
Excellent selection of beers, reliably delicious food and great service. If you don't have a reservation, it's usually easy to secure a seat at the bar for a full dining service. A neighborhood favorite.
Whoa. Yellowtail tasted way too "fishy" and the so-called pastrami shortribs were greasy pastrami. Both were $ 30. Robbery. We gave our feedback to the bartender (we were sitting at the bar) and he made no effort to "get it right". I will not be back. The dining room was nice ... parking was awful in the neighborhood.
