I made the mistake of ordering the orange chicken and the brisket fried rice. Everything tastes like vinegar I mean everything and smoked chili, which is 20 years old. I ordered over Uber food. Chef Tim genuinely cares about food quality and his customers. He also provided excellent customer service going above and beyond, showing leadership ability. I tried the soup, stir fry and orange chicken. The food is flavorful and cooks fast with that street food touch. The brisket is so tender, melts in your mouth.
