The hotel was very busy and the restaurants had a one hour wait. We headed over to Monduel's for a bite. Mimi was a most excellent waitress. The food was delicious and the Revolver IPA was very smooth. A bit high but it's a hotel, what else do you expect? Would recommend. View all feedback.

Spent the weekend at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. Went into Monduels to grab some dinner, after waiting 35 minutes I had to go to the hostess booth and ask for a menu, after waiting an additional 28 minutes I again had to go to the hostess booth to request service of a waitperson, once she did finally come over to our table. Busy but alive,food was good service good considering how busy they were.
Great place with awful service. If you can deal with being ignored and having to chase down a server, this is a great place.

We tried a variety of things. The garlic fries, lemon pepper wings and cheese quesadilla with chicken to name a few. It was absolutely delicious
The food was delicious..try the chicken it is seasoned with perfection!! A little pricey and be aware if you have a group of 5 that you will likely have an 18 percent surcharge added to your bill...which is okay but would have been nice to know upfront vs when you get your bill.
