Just Encased food truck was at Rahr Brewery one weekend and we had to try them. I love the concept high-end sausage hotdogs. They had 4 sausage dogs to try we did the OooMami beef sausage. It is topped with truffle mushrooms, smoked gouda, bacon, scallions and, chili mayo. Sounds good I know it was very good. We shared it with the French fries also very good. View all feedback.
