The beef, potato, and chicken cheese empanadas are delicious!

This restaurant caters to all budgets! It's my favorite spot for coffee and vegan empanadas. The service is outstanding—the staff is incredibly kind and attentive! I usually order an iced caramel white mocha with cinnamon oat milk, and it has so much more flavor than the well-known Seattle coffee. The coffee here is smooth and roasted to perfection. I can't wait for 9 AM to roll around so I can grab my coffee and breakfast! Definitely give this place a try!

I absolutely loved the beef and potato empanada! The texture was perfect, the flavor was outstanding, and the salsa was delicious (though to be honest, it wasn't even necessary). I highly recommend it!

I have enjoyed coming here, over the last 5 years. This was the 1st place the cappuccino tasted like it did when I was living in Italy. Service has always been great. I go to different coffee shops for the experience. I used to enjoy the experience here, but the atmosphere has changed. I had to ask for a plate for my empanda. It was put in a bag. I didn't get my biscotti that used to come with my cappuccino. It just wasn't the same here. It has been 6 to 9 months since I was last here. I know times change, and it seems your target customers has changed. It simply doesn't fit us anymore. I value the experience as well as the taste. Previously, all our drinks would have been in-house cups, but you see from the pictures. This didn't occur.

Empanadas were delicious but the salsa was incredible, maybe the best in Bishop. Top notch customer service too.
