What Thad White doesn't like about El Antojo Fruteria:
This restaurant is usually my go-to spot, but it was not up to par today. I ordered a duro and they forgot my order until I reminded the waiter, then it took them another 10 minutes to bring it out. Unfortunately, they forgot to add avocados and the cueritos were extremely tough. I had no choice but to throw it away. I know they were busy, but I was really disappointed with the experience. Watermelon was old jicama was dry! Like they had been in the refrigerator for too many days.
This is the best fruit store in town! The fruit is incredibly fresh and sweet. I visit here almost daily after work. Definitely a must-try!
