Domino's Pizza - Dallas

The order took more than an hour and a half to arrive after we placed it online. When we finally called to check on it, they informed us that they couldn't deliver because of a roadblock, but offered us the option to pick it up instead. This seems contradictory, as the road was closed—how could we get there to pick it up if they couldn't deliver? If we hadn't called, it seems like our order would have just been sitting there all day.

I ordered a pizza with a gluten-free crust, but what I received was a charred mess. It was inedible and utterly disappointing.

I would suggest looking for a different restaurant. They wouldn't even deliver to the hotel, let alone inside it. The delivery person had to walk nearly a block in downtown Dallas in the cold at night, crossing the street. Meanwhile, “Anthony” just stayed in the car, failing to even come to the door or express any gratitude. To top it off, the food arrived cold and was definitely not fresh. I really wish I had held off on giving a tip because it deserved nothing.

As someone who used to work at dominos Im really impressed by whoever makes the pizza here. Sometimes I wish I could get in and make my own pizzas again, but not at this point. 1 inch crust perfectly sown and combed to not mention the number of toppings is always on point. Thank you.

My order was over an hour behind. I called and was informed that it hadn’t left the store and one of the delivery drivers was in an accident and I could come pick it up if I wanted. Got there and was charged again for the cheaper price (now I have 2 pending charges), then I only got 7 wings instead of the 8 piece I was supposed to have. SMH
