What Jason L likes about Beyond The Butchers:
I am from Chicago and have tried plenty of burger spots in the Chicago and surrounding areas. The Texas Burger at Beyond the Butchers has got to be the best burger I have ever had so far. Plenty of meat, patty had good amount of pink (medium rare) and juice, the brisket was moist and not dry, bacon had a good crisp and all the other ingredients greatly complimented the burger.
