It 's a shame that such a good restaurant has such poor delivery service and then try to misdirect/lie about it when questioned. The food from Itihaas is absolutely incredible and delicious but their delivery service is awful. Several times we have ordered early (5pmish) for later in the evening and when the delivery time rolls around, nothing. A phonecall to the restaurant and a quick Yes food is on the way reply....wait another 20 minutes and nothing. Another phonecall and you 're met with excuses that the driver can 't find your house/is struggling on the roads/the app gives you the wrong time. There 's not much worse than a business that isn 't delivering and can 't admit it. This will be the last time we use Itihaas for delivery as it 's now clear that they can 't uphold their end of the deal. You would hope that 2 hours is enough time for them to prepare and deliver an order on time but it 's clear that they can 't function as an effective business.
