The "Vegetarian Plate" had beans (finally, a restaurant offering a well-balanced vegan dish!), and the "Bazoff Plate" had a flavorful smoked grilled vegetable tower. The portions were generous. It seems that this place turns into a club at night, as there was a sign on the door prohibiting firearms. Overall, it's a pleasant spot to visit during the day.

The menu includes a vegetarian section, with all options appearing to be vegan. With a basic understanding of French, it is easy to navigate the offerings. While choosing your meal, you will be provided with olives and peanuts as snacks. I ordered a vegetable platter with rice, red kidney beans, carrots, and tasty fried plantains. It was accompanied by cucumber, onion, and tomato sambals, as well as bread. The portion size was generous, and adding some chili sauce made it a delicious dish. The sorbet contained eggs, so I opted for the fresh fruit salad for dessert. Be sure to use the restaurant's website directions to locate it, as Happy Cow's directions are not accurate.
