When I went inside to... read more I ordered my food and received a flat drink with only two ice cubes. Instead of the mocha frappe I ordered, I was given a caramel frappe. When I went inside to inform them of the mistake, the lady working there became defensive and insisted she made me the correct order. I explained that I didn't like caramel and asked her to give me what I paid for. She blamed the error on the order screen, but I pointed out that someone must have entered the wrong item. As she muttered complaints, another girl made my drink and licked chocolate off her fingers before serving it to me. She then told me to leave the lobby because it was closed, citing understaffing as the reason, despite five employees sitting at a table. Very disappointing experience.

However, this particular McDonald's was exceptionally clean and staff members were frequently cleaning during our visit. It was also the friendliest McDonald's we've ever been to. The food was tasty, the establishment was immaculate, and the staff was very accommodating. Highly recommended!
