We ordered four meals: two bacon jalapeño, one chicken, and one bacon classic. My total was about $39, so I paid with a $40 bill. Overall, the food was enjoyable until my sister bit into her jalapeño meal and found something raw, which she had to spit out into a napkin. She also discovered a piece of hair in her food. The service was decent, but I think the staff should keep their hair tied back instead of letting it hang loose.
The hamburgers and fries were decent, but the service was terrible! Despite being nearly empty, we still had to wait. There were also five cars behind us. It feels like the level of service and quality at many restaurants has really declined. I won't be returning.
Huge Salad. Started moving things around and underneath the cheese and tomato?s was bad lettuce, slimy. Luckily I got the taco salad so I ate the chili.... added the sour cream. It was chucky!! Nasty! So glad I spent on a rotten salad.
I visited Wendy's and spoke with a manager inside about an issue with my order. Unfortunately, the manager demonstrated poor customer service and was unwilling to listen to my concerns. He insisted on only replacing the food rather than offering a refund, despite me already requesting a replacement. If he had allowed me to explain, he would have understood my position. His approach was inappropriate for a managerial role. Rather than trying to resolve the problem calmly, he was confrontational and uncooperative. When I asked for the store’s contact details to escalate the complaint to corporate, he refused to provide them or even give his name. As I was leaving, he tried to gather his coworkers to support him. Overall, this experience was very frustrating, and I believe Wendy’s corporate should be aware of how this manager represents their brand at this location. Additionally, the food quality did not meet expectations based on the menu.
A few weeks ago, my father and I decided to stop by for lunch. When we arrived, we found the door locked. After heading back to our truck, another customer approached the door and found it open. It was well past noon, so I wasn't expecting that. Perhaps it was just an oversight, I thought. Once inside, we asked the manager, a Hispanic woman, if they were open. She replied, “I don’t know what you’re talking about?” We brushed it off, hoping for a better experience when we returned a few days later. Unfortunately, that visit was even more disappointing. I noticed there was no soap in the restroom—how were they washing their hands? When I stepped out and asked the same manager about the lack of soap, she sarcastically replied that they didn’t have any. I then inquired about hand sanitizer, and again she said no. However, I noticed a hand sanitizer station right by the exit as I was leaving. It seems this restaurant is hiring staff who are not prepared to be hospitable or provide good service. I understand that times are tough, but who would want to keep coming back with rude and unprofessional employees? The place was also quite unkempt, with napkins and paper scattered everywhere, dirty tables, and a messy area where the straws and cup lids were kept.
