The woman working at the restaurant was extremely rude! We ordered two footlong sandwiches and attempted to use a coupon, but she flat out refused to accept it. While that was already frustrating, her attitude made the experience even more unpleasant. If you look at the reviews for this location, you'll see many complaints about her. In the end, I spent nearly $30 on just two subs, which is outrageous! To make things even worse, when her husband manages the shop, he has no problem accepting coupons. I will not be coming back!
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant due to poor service. A man was shouting at me, and I couldn't understand him, which only seemed to frustrate him more. It felt like he was speaking nonsense. Then a woman prepared my order, but she completely messed it up, adding to my confusion. Subway, please remind your staff to be more polite.
Awful service, poor quality, and they don't accept coupons. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this Subway.
