The donuts were decent, but the staff needs to be more mindful of their language, especially when there are customers and children around. I overheard one of the guys behind the counter using profanity several times while I was there.
I'm not one to complain often, but I've noticed a lack of interest from the employees at this restaurant recently. This location is conveniently close to our home, so we wanted to give it a try, but unfortunately, our orders have been almost consistently disappointing. I urge the management to inspire their staff to take more pride in their work. We ordered a bagel with cream cheese, but where's the cream cheese? Plus, the bagel was hard and not even freshly baked.
The young lady who took my order was friendly, pleasant, and very helpful. She answered all my questions about my order. I ordered a large latte with hazelnut added.
The staff here are incredibly friendly! Just treat them as you would like to be treated, and you'll have a great experience. I ordered coffee, and they didn't fill it as much as I preferred, so I went back in to ask for a little more. They happily provided it. I absolutely love this Dunkin'! ☕❤️
