Poor poor poor. Asked for an iced decaf drink and donuts. In return got a hot drink and it was caffeinated. Couldn?t drink it. The donuts were old and stale. Rude service and no type of customer experience training. Do not come to this house place. Explains why they never have a wait time.
I've been going to this Dunkin' for a while... so long that I can pull up and they know my order just from seeing my car. I have never had a bad experience. I've only occasionally had coffee that I could tell was new just after the machine had been cleaned (I could taste the cleaner still, but I have a very sensitive palate at least I know they are cleaning the equipment regularly).
I've been a regular at this Dunkin' Donuts since it first opened. Throughout my visits, there have only been three minor mistakes, all of which were promptly addressed. The staff has consistently been friendly, and even if they aren't vaccinated, we've had some enjoyable conversations.
The young lady who took my order was friendly, pleasant, and very helpful. She answered all my questions about my order. I ordered a large latte with hazelnut added.
The staff here are incredibly friendly! Just treat them as you would like to be treated, and you'll have a great experience. I ordered coffee, and they didn't fill it as much as I preferred, so I went back in to ask for a little more. They happily provided it. I absolutely love this Dunkin'! ☕❤️
