Loves customer service here at this point they are very friendly and fast. The weekends are pretty packed, but the taste of waffles and ice never disappointed!

I drove back to check the flavors again, as what I wanted originally wasn't available. After I placed my order, I requested three pup cups but only received one. I assume this was because I only had one dog with me, while the other two were at home. I won’t forget them, though! Then, I was told that I needed to pay seven dollars for two pup cups, which are supposed to be free. The girl rolled her eyes multiple times and was quite unprofessional overall. I understand she was the only one working, and that can be stressful, but as someone who has experience in fast food, I know there's no excuse for treating customers poorly, especially when I was respectful and even apologized for any inconvenience. Despite that bad experience, I decided to return because I don't let a negative memory stop me. This time, they were fantastic and very helpful! It was a little messy since my ice cream started melting all over my car, but they promptly got me napkins and a new bowl to keep my treat contained. I’m so glad I gave it another chance!

The summer ice cream season has arrived, and this shop once again offers non-dairy options. However, the quality here can be inconsistent. We visited earlier this week, and unfortunately, all four of our orders had melted before we could take our first bite.

This is some of the best ice cream you'll ever taste! They offer a wide variety of flavors, and they frequently introduce new ones. You really can’t go wrong with any choice here!
