I'm not sure what protocols they follow t... read more The past few times I've come to this specific establishment, the ice cream has been served to me completely liquified. I'm not sure what protocols they follow to keep the ice cream frozen but it's but it has been a common occurrence everytime I come hereand is really disappointing since I essentially have to put the ice cream back in the freezer at home for a solid 30 minutesbefore I can eat.

I recently started taking my dog out on car rides since I finally bought my own car and I want my dog to have doggie sundaes. Last week I went and got some ice cream for myself and three doggiesundaes for my three dogs. They open at eleven and I got there at eleven thirty and nobody was there, only one girl. I wasn?tanswered at the mic so I drove around because I was so excited for my dog to try his first ice cream there and she came up andsaid that she didn?t have many things because the truck was coming later (okay that makes sense) so I drove back around to lookat the flavors again since the one I originally wanted wasn?t there and she answered so I ordered. Then I ordered three pup cupsand she only gave me one (I suppose it?s because I only had one dog in the car but the two others were at home and I wouldn?tforget them and not get them some ice cream) then she told me she needed my card back for SEVEN dollars for two pup cups (Whichare FREE) She rolled her eyes multiple times and was just a terrible worker in general. I totally understand that she was theonly one there and that can be frustrating and stressful but I work in fast food and there is never a reason to treat a customerlike that especially when I was being respectful and apologizing for being a pain. Today though I went back because I?m notstopping because of only one bad memory. They were great and very helpful, it was a bit hard because my ice cream was melting abunch and dripping all on my car but they got me some napkins ASAP and a new (bigger) bowl to hold my ice cream. I?m so gladthey restored themselves lol!!

There was a bunch of us w... read more My last experience there really put a bad taste in my mouth. The lady mentioned in the reviews below was super late opening the store. There was a bunch of us waiting. She didn?t even say I?m sorry. Instead had the worst attitude as if we were botheringher. I first waited in the drive thru with others. After about 15 minutes past opening time we all gave up. I parked and triedmy luck in line only to wait longer and get the attitude. Not worth the $6 ice cream slushie honestly with that kind ofexperience. It was early release for school so lots of families were there.
