When I asked the manager if I could have a smaller container for my French fries combo meal, I was told that this change is based on a study conducted by Arby's. According to the study, their portions were much larger than those at other restaurants, so they are trying out smaller "Canada size" portions at certain locations in the U.S.

This time, the sandwich I received had a brown sau... read more Worst experience at Arby's. Usually, the buffalo chicken sandwich has a bright orange sauce and plenty of it. This time, the sandwich I received had a brown sauce, was overcooked, and barely had any sauce at all—if there was any, the sandwich was still completely dry. I also requested a plain sandwich, but they gave me a chicken sandwich with mayo. Definitely not worth your money.
