Hassan and Neda have been operating this small eatery for commuters for many years. They consistently provide excellent customer service. Despite the current challenges they face due to a decrease in travelers, I highly recommend stopping by for a visit. Their personalized service is far superior to that of larger coffee chains receiving government aid. Take a detour and support this local gem, you won't be disappointed.
The London Northwestern commute is getting worse, but amidst the chaos, Puccino's on Platform 4 is a welcoming oasis. Hassan and Neda provide excellent customer service, even at 5:45 am. The shop is clean, the coffee and food are well-made, and their multitasking skills are impressive. Definitely worth a visit, even if you're not catching a train!
Such lovely staff and an excellent flat white. Quirky posters and words on the walls. I’m guessing it’s a chain/franchise so please sort your non recyclable coffee cups. X
