We are visiting from Australia and were highly recommended the old bell as a nice atmosphere great food and service and after reading earlier good reports unfor... read more We are visiting from Australia and were highly recommended the old bell as a nice atmosphere great food and service and after reading earlier good reports unfortunately i have to say it was beyond Extremely Dissapointing Service was non existent,the only service that existed was one staff member working at the bar every time we went to order drinks or food he was never there and had to wait till he reappeared. The food was served by a lady who looked extremely stressed and the food looked like it had been put together quickly. Two of us ordered Burgers which I hate to say is the worst most tasteless Burger I have ever tasted and a few chips scuttled together on plate. Mc Donald's is far superior. We will never eat here again there are many other pubs close by that I am sure offer much better service and food. Beyond Extremely Dissapointing

I also stayed to watch the football game and enjoyed the great atmosphere at the pub. The staff was fantastic and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Th... read more We decided to visit The Bell again after enjoying our last experience. We had a delightful lunch at the pub. The staff was once again friendly and courteous. The food was delicious, especially the Steak which was cooked perfectly to our liking. When we are in the area again, we will definitely be returning to The Bell.
