I placed an online order and paid, only to receive an email stating that they didn't have my address. They eventually called back, but then failed to answer when I tried to reach them. Thankfully, I managed to stop the payment with my card. What a disaster!

The food took a long time to arrive without any apology, and the milkshake machine was out of order. Rather than replacing the item or reaching out to me beforehand, they simply refunded me in cash. The food was cold and soggy, and I was worried about the cleanliness and safety, especially during this pandemic. It was a waste of money and I was very let down. The food was so bad that I couldn't even eat it. I'm sorry to say, but it was a very unsatisfactory experience.

They primarily focus on delivery orders, so it may take some time to receive your food due to having only 2 drivers working constantly. I highly recommend placing an order for pickup to avoid any delays. Overall, the food here is really good.
