I was very impressed by the staff at this restaurant. They were professional, friendly, and eager to assist. Yesterday, I asked a young man about a memory card and he made sure I got the right product. His service was excellent and I am very thankful. The overall staff seem to be well-trained and provide great service. The products are good quality and based on my positive experience yesterday, this has become my favorite place to go. We really enjoyed our creamtee! the huge fresh skorone was delicious! they have such a great choice for plants and gifts! the children also love the minigolf! something for everyone.
Great afternoon tee, staff very attentive, great price and very enjoyed. only improvements that could be made to 2 small pots of marmelade did not suffice to spread four very large scene and cream too cold. also scene would have been well warmed.
The restaurant is spacious and bright with a variety of seating options. They offer delightful gift items and have a cozy cafe area with comfortable sofas mixed in with traditional tables and chairs. The selection of cakes is also fantastic.
My nan is very bad and is not able to go far and I decided to treat it to the afternoon tee in the Gloucester shop today. I originally booked for 1200, but due to a delay in her sick house appointment I asked the personal if I could delay until 1300 after the explanation of the circumstances and they could help. she can't go very far and go to the café area where she got a place. the cafe staff asked us to go to the restaurant after the afternoon, but I asked if we could stay where we were, as they only struggled to get there. they were extremely courteous, clean the table and equip it to make it as comfortable as possible. the quality of eating was brilliant and even though she was in much pain she really enjoyed the experience. I don't think we have a lot of time so that the little things are important and the hour that we were in the load they enjoyed themselves and it means a lot to us. Many thanks that they have made the experience as good as they were for them, my mother and I were very impressed. Thank you.
