I was talked over on the phone when I tried to repeat my... read more Placed an order on the phone, and asked if prawn crackers came with meal or do I have to pay for them. I was talked over on the phone when I tried to repeat my order, and was mocked when I picked up my food on Collection. Got home and the lady had forgotten my curry sauce. My boyfriend went back to the takeaway, and was MADE to walk back to my house for more money for the sauce. I then went back with him to say that they had forgotten the item and reminded them I did repeat it on the phone. They didn’t even say sorry for any inconvenience. Food was lovely, however think they need to improve their customer service if they want a successful business.

On weekends you might need to wait an hour or more for delivery but that just goes to show how popular this takeaway is. Called and was told 15 minutes, 15 minutes and my order never arrived. They refunded but as it was late not much point ordering anything else. Very poor which is a shame as the food is nice.
