They didn't make eye contact, didn't greet us, and didn't even acknowledge us. We wanted to inquire about a large catering order, but after being treated so poorly, we decided to leave. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Molly was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was peaceful and beautifully decorated, allowing for easy conversation and a wonderful catch up with my friend. I will definitely be returning soon!

I visited with my friend before my trip back to Kent. Great Americano made and served by a delightful young lady Molly. Such a bubbly welcoming personality. Efficient service. I had a delicious home made sausage roll whilst I was there. Will certainly visit next time I’m in Berkhamsted.
