This is my third disappointing experience ordering from here. I always order online for curbside pickup, yet each time my order is either incorrect or missing items, causing delays. Ordering through the app should guarantee accuracy and efficiency, but this location clearly needs better quality control.

I visited this location at 11:50 PM, and the manager, Jamal, truly sets the standard for what all restaurant managers should be. He was polite, hardworking, and greeted everyone warmly. The food was perfect as well. Honestly, it was impressive—especially considering it was nearly midnight!

I really appreciate the friendly staff who greet me as soon as I enter, making me feel welcome. There's also someone who monitors the dining area to ensure my order is accurate, and they always check if I need anything else. I've been coming to this place for several years now, and I can confidently say it’s a warm, clean, and inviting environment.

My burger had an excessive amount of pickles, the bacon was tough and difficult to chew, and the mustard completely overshadowed everything else. On a positive note, the fries were enjoyable. However, one of the staff seemed overwhelmed, and they cut off breakfast service right at 11 AM. Other customers who were in line before 11 AM ended up missing out on breakfast due to the slow service.

Today, I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru for two breakfast burgers, only to get home and discover that one of them didn’t even have a patty!
