However, the staff had locked the doors with a restaurant full... read more I placed a pick-up order because the lobby was supposed to close at 9 PM, and I arrived at 8:30. However, the staff had locked the doors with a restaurant full of people inside. Despite my order being ready, they refused to let me in and made me wait in the drive-thru line. I always thought this place was decent, but honestly, I can't recommend it anymore.

Taco Bell is usually my go-to, but my friends suggested trying this place, and I’m glad I did. The prices were really reasonable. I left feeling satisfied and happy with my experience. It was all around a great time!

Highly recommend anyone going to taco cabana or a Mexican restaurant over this horrib... read more This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the entire cypress Tomball area. Highly recommend anyone going to taco cabana or a Mexican restaurant over this horrible fast food location. I have given this location multiple chances and every single time they let me down. Not only is their drive thru the slowest drive thru I've ever been to but service is atrocious and don't even think about placing a timed order for pick up. They force you through their 30 minute wait drive they then tell you that your food order wasn't placed yet so they are preparing and have the audacity to ask you to go back through the drive thru. Tell me, what's the point in placing a timed order when they don't prepare it until you show up????
