Taco Bell - Cypress

That was waiting a little long, but that was as expected. Police occupation. probably among servants like most places.

This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the entire cypress Tomball area. Highly recommend anyone going to taco cabana or a Mexican restaurant over this horrible fast food location. I have given this location multiple chances and every single time they let me down. Not only is their drive thru the slowest drive thru I've ever been to but service is atrocious and don't even think about placing a timed order for pick up. They force you through their 30 minute wait drive they then tell you that your food order wasn't placed yet so they are preparing and have the audacity to ask you to go back through the drive thru. Tell me, what's the point in placing a timed order when they don't prepare it until you show up????

Keep in mind, this place closes 30 min early. The staff wants to leave at midnight, not close at midnight. If you say your open til 12, you need to be open til 12. Otherwise change your hours.

We actually went in for KFC, but it doesn't really matter, the staff are always awesome in the branch, we avoid our closest from home to come here, even the chickens seems like it's cooked better, even though it should be the same?

Drive thru line is soooooo long I have been in it for over 20 minutes too pick up an order.and the doors are locked so I can only go in the drive thru.
