What A SF doesn't like about Whataburger:
I've lived in this area for 18 years, and I can't remember the last time I received an accurate order from this Whataburger—it's been at least five years. There's always something wrong with my order. Sometimes I don't get my fries even though they’re on the receipt, or I order a plain burger and receive one loaded with toppings instead. This location is one of the nicer locations. The fries were great hot like they're suppose to be. Very clean open 24 hrs even late (even w/the virus leaving) as some close early. Check it out it's great
My coworkers and I order an online pick up for our lunch break and they missed a whole order of chicken strips. A cookie and we ordered an extra gravy. That gravy was thrown in and popped. It got all over the chicken sandwich so I needed to go back and askfor that. When I went in and i asked them to replace it they got the sandwich right but they didn?t put my fries in and thetoast for my chicken strip basket, So I had to ask them to put my fries in and put in my extra gravy. The food was delicious butit was frustrating having to go back. The people bagging the order need to make sure everything is in there so things like thiswon?t happen. The bag should be checked twice before it goes out.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a cheeseburger for my daughter, but they gave us a plain hamburger instead. I also asked twice for large sizes on the drinks and fries. While the drinks were large, when we got home we found that the fries were medium. To make matters worse, the Coke was flat and lacked carbonation. This location really needs an overhaul, as it seemed like no one knew what they were doing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

It’s a constant issue. Additionally, the food from the drive-thru is always cold, and I live less than two miles away! The owners need to talk to management and sort this out. It's frustrating.
