I a... read more I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a cheeseburger for my daughter, but they ended up giving us a plain hamburger instead. I also requested large sizes for the drinks and fries twice. While the drinks were indeed large, we discovered at home that the fries were just medium. To top it all off, the Coke was flat and without any fizz. This location really needs improvement, as it seemed like no one was properly trained. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My coworkers and I ordered online for lunch pickup, but they missed an entire order of chicken strips, a cookie, and an extra gravy. The gravy that was included... read more My coworkers and I ordered online for lunch pickup, but they missed an entire order of chicken strips, a cookie, and an extra gravy. The gravy that was included was spilled and got all over the chicken sandwich, so I had to go back and ask for a replacement. When I returned, they got the sandwich right, but forgot to include my fries and the toast for the chicken strip basket. I had to ask again for my fries and extra gravy. The food was delicious, but having to make multiple trips was frustrating. The staff packing the orders need to double-check the bags to ensure everything is included before handing them out.

There’s... read more Having lived in this area for 18 years, I honestly can’t remember the last time my order at this Whataburger was correct—it’s been at least five years. There’s always something wrong, whether it’s missing fries that show up on the receipt or ordering a plain burger and receiving one loaded with toppings. This keeps happening repeatedly. Additionally, the food I get from the drive-thru is always cold, even though I live less than two miles away. The owners really need to speak with management to fix these ongoing problems. It’s extremely frustrating.

The restaurant is very clean and open 24 hours, even late at night, unlike some places that have started closing early despite the virus situation. Definitely worth checking out!
