Total disregard for customer service. The clearly messed up the order they should have made it right and own up to theirmistakes. It's a real shame. I had such high hopes.

One thing to note is that the patties are quite thick, which isn't to everyone's taste—my wife is a fan of thinner patties. If you order a double, whether on purpose or, like me, by accident, be prepared to really open your mouth wide. I would definitely return. Just a heads up: seating is limited. We were lucky to find a couple of tables when we got there, but by the time we sat down to wait for our burgers, the line had grown longer than the available seating.
