Never once did they say they were closing need us to leave. The staff couldn't be nicer we took our time w/ our food. Excellent ????????????. Thank you, Wendy's ????????????????????

Upon my arrival, I discovered that they were only taking orders through the drive-thru. When I approached the window to place my order, the employee denied my request, stating that I needed a car. I was taken aback and disappointed by the poor customer service, which led me to drive to another location that was farther from the hotel.
