Great Subway! Easy to find off Ball with a convenient entrance and parking directly in front. The sandwich maker was incredibly friendly and very quick. Even though he was working alone and had a line out the door, he stayed calm and never seemed stressed, moving lightning-fast to prepare each sandwich. I often go to Subway, but my recent visit was disappointing. The Hispanic man who took my order had a terrible attitude and appeared to be unhappy with his job. He was rude and unprofessional to customers, prompting comments from others in line about his behavior. If it weren't for my children, I would have said something to him. This subway is the same as most other subway restaurants we have been patronized. The staff is friendly. The Express line for online orders is a great way to get In and Out fast.
It is Subway so food is much the same. Staff were friendly and efficient.
One of the Worst Subway Awards!! Other People had already written about a Rude Male Employee. This is MY PERSONAL THINKING that he is not for Customer Service. This is a Reason he got the Worst Rating from Several Customers. It means AT LEAST MORE THAN TENTO TWENTY TIMES OF CUSTOMERS have NEGATIVE RATING to him. I like the Subway very much, however In my case, I prefer tovisit a Shopping Complex Just located at Corner of Walker Street and Ball Road next to DQ Subway. It tastes Very Good. Anyway,Employees are Good Attitude Manner. It is a Big Difference for this Rude Attitude Guy.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant in June. I have not gone back since. I guess I suffered at the hands of the same guy that others have mentioned. He had a really really terrible attitude. Why does he even choose to work in the hospitalityindustry with that attitude? The owner/operator is equally disappointing ? I filled out a complaint online (especially because Ipaid for a sandwich I did not have). My complaint was forwarded to him by Subway. This owner did not even have the courtesy toacknowledge my complaint. It is now 4 weeks later. Unprofessional does not even come close to describing this behavior. I repeat? the behavior of the guy who dealt with me, and consequently the store owner ? has convinced me that the rot probably startedfrom the top. Simply unbelievable.
