What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
I ordered Meaty Marinara Pasta but they gave me Alfredo pasta. I don?t eat Alfredo pasta! I called and told a lady that the order was wrong and asked if she can send me the right order and pick up the wrong order. She told me they cannot do it and she can only credit me $10. Normally I would just forget about it and take a loss, but the way you handled this matter was not very nice. I hope you understand a nice customer service will help ease and pleased the customers.
I paid 1.07 for this? It wasn't even half full.Very disappointed in what I received. Don't even deserve 1 star. Size of container is even smaller than the usual container.?
The pizza was on the bottom of 3 stacked boxes and the topping stuck to it. The breadsticks seem a little over baked. It's disappointing. The pizza is supposed to be pepperoni on one half but I don't see any. Should have gotten Dominoes. Ordered again 2 weeks later. Over charged for Tuesday pasta special and nearly burned breadsticks.
I now firmly believe you have to be extra stupid to work in pizza hut. OMG! I was speechless after my food arrived cold and 50mins for the 2nd time! And the person that picked up the phone after I called said "oh, you wanna complain? Hold on.... 25mins waiting... to complain about waiting! I just hung up.. if I could, I 'd give ZERO stars but I guess it 's papa John 's now! @pizzahut @papajohn
I tracked my delivery order, which was supposed to arrive by 6:00 PM, but it didn't show up until 6:50 PM. By that time, my pizza and wings were cold. When I called to report the issue, I was offered a $20 credit, which didn't even cover the cost of my order. I was then told that in order to get a refund, I would have to return the food in person, which presents a risk of cross-contamination. It wasn’t my fault that the driver was 45 minutes late, so why should I waste my gas to resolve their mistake? The manager mentioned they only have two drivers and then offered me another pizza, which would likely lead to the same late delivery problem. This was my first bad experience with Pizza Hut, as I've never had issues with other locations. If anyone from the corporate office sees this, please reach out to me. I won't be ordering from here again.
