I ordered the brisket and ribeye, along with the small fresh rice noodles, and I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor of the broth—it was just right, with the perfect balance of spices. The menu is straightforward and offers something for everyone. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner and congratulating her on the restaurant's opening while wishing her success. Pho Craft held a special place in our hearts, with the owner being exc... read more Unfortunately, Pho Craft is no longer in operation and has been transformed into Pho May. Pho Craft held a special place in our hearts, with the owner being exceptionally friendly and always remembering us during our visits. It seems that Pho May may be part of a franchise, which is fairly common. While it's decent, it doesn't quite reach the heights of Pho Craft. I really hope they can resume operations after the pandemic.

We have tried a few other places... read more My husband and I recommended this place for some delicious Pho and appetizers. This is our 2nd best favorite place to eat Pho. We have tried a few other places and they don't compare to Pho May. I always get thr Beef Stew. My favorite so far. Also theirgarlic shrimp and fried egg rolls are great also. Must go!
